This cotton combine harvester adopts front hanging platform. Automatically Flip to discharge the cotton. The transmission adopts hydraulic and mechanic mode. It can harvest five lines of cotton. The machine mainly includes picking sector, static hydraulic system, self walk chassis, control system, pneumatic conveying system, cotton tank, electronic monitoring system, electric system, automatic lubrication system, dynamic protection system, etc.
Working efficiency: 10 ~ 15 mu/hour (one hectare equals to fifteen mu), the picking rate for spit cotton ≥ 94 ％ , impurities in seed cotton is ≤ 10 ％, cotton lost rate due to mechanical bump is under 10 ％
